Exciting New’s

jump in I have some very exciting news to share with everyone. I’ve just began an Author Mentorship program, with a local book publisher, author, speaker and mentor, Ocean Reeve Publishing

I’m so excited to start working with an inspirational creative. It took me a long time to start this and I was umming and ahhing about it for many months, not because I didn’t want to do it but because I was afraid, afraid of failure. What if I’m no good?

I have two young daughters, 1 and 4 so time and funds came into it too. Lets be honest. Money plays a big part in our lives.

I’m a quiet person, so I knew this program would push me out of my comforty comfort zone…but what pushed me into starting the program, was my passion, for writing, it’s what I want to more then anything and I will do what it takes to achieve my dreams and goals. So I will ask questions later, for now I am so confident that taking this step is aligned with my best interests and it will open a door to my dreams coming true.

I’ve recently finished writing a YA Fantasy manuscript, and look forward to publishing it within the year!

So, if something is holding you back today, take time to really question what it is? Whether that be money, time, fear, etc and consider whether, you will allow these constraints to hold you back? Or will you reflect on steps you can take to achieve your goals.
